Registration
The registration fees for the conference include admission to the conference, preprints, book of accepted papers, coffee breaks, lunches, skittle evening and conference dinner. The fees for the short course (workshop) include admission to the workshop, lecture notes, coffee breaks and lunches on September 6th and 7th.Please note: Deadline for receipt of registration forms is 22 August 2008.

Please note, registrations received after 1st July 2008 will incur a surcharge.
Payment information
Please follow the instructions for payment on the registration form. Please note that we are not able to process credit / debit card details sent by email. If you wish to pay by card please either fax or return a hard copy of the registration form by post.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in written form on and before August 20th 2008 will receive 75% of the total paid. No refunds will be given after this date. Cancellations should be sent by either fax or e-mail (geoenv08@geodata.soton.ac.uk). Please note, however, that the person named under a given registration can be changed without charge.
